What is Jam City Arcade?
Jam City Arcade is a membership-based mobile gaming service that allows you to download and play over 100 mobile games with free in-app purchases, all ad-free, for one low weekly subscription price.

To become a Jam City Arcade member, you can sign up for a 1-day free trial and after the trial period, it only costs ($0.97 per week, R 4.08 per week, 29 PHP per week, IDR4999 per week, which will automatically renew). You can cancel at any time.
How do I pay for Jam City Arcade?
You can safely pay for Jam City Arcade using your mobile phone. Just enter your mobile phone number here and enter the PIN number when we text it to you. Your membership fee will be added to your mobile phone bill. We plan to offer additional forms of payment such as credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal in the future. How does the free trial work?
Easy!: Once you join, we will give you unlimited access to our games for 24 hours (1 day). After your free trial, you will be billed ($0.97 per week, R 4.08 per week, 29 PHP per week, IDR4999 per week) through your mobile phone. You can cancel at any time.
Who can sign-up and become a member of Jam City Arcade?
Anyone who is a subscriber with our mobile carrier partners (see list below) can become a member of Jam City Arcade. We are adding new partnerships frequently so click here to be notified of new partners in your country.
Is there a limit to the number of games I can download and play?
No, there is no limit! As a Jam City Arcade member, you can download and play as many of our games as you want.
Can I download and access Jam City Arcade games on multiple phones / devices?
Your membership allows you to play Jam City Arcade games on one device (phone or tablet) at a time. If you switch devices, to activate your membership on the new device, just enter your phone number and PIN when prompted during the game download process.
Are there minimum phone requirements for downloading and playing Jam City Arcade games?
Yes, we recommend the following minimum requirements to download and play Jam City Arcade games:
- - Smartphone with Android OS version 4.0 or higher and at least 500MB in storage space
- - Internet connection (WiFi or 3G/4G mobile connection)

Jam City Arcade has over 100 games available for download. We are adding and removing games frequently. To see a list of our current games, please browse our catalog. As a member, you can download any of our available games, anytime, on any of your authorized devices. Not all games work on all phones or operating systems.
Will I be charged for data when I download and play Jam City Arcade games?
Surfing our game portal and downloading our games require an Internet connection so you will have to be connected through WiFi or your mobile phone network. Also, some games require you to be online while playing them or may ask you to download additional assets after your initial download of the game. You will be billed by your mobile provider for any data used downloading or playing our games so please check with your mobile provider for data rates and take appropriate measures to limit mobile network data usage if desired (ex. connect to WiFi networks instead of your mobile data network).
Can I play games without an Internet connection?
Yes… and no. You can play some our games offline without an Internet connection, but some require the Internet to play. Also, we will ask you to go online the first time you play a game from Jam City Arcade, and about once a week after that.
How do I access my downloaded games?
Once you have downloaded and installed your game, you can access the game by checking your home screen or app list for the game icon. Please click here for a detailed tutorial on how to download, install, and play our games.
Can I play Jam City Arcade games on my computer / PC?
No, you can only play our games using your mobile phone or tablet device.
Can I add Jam City Arcade to my home screen?
Yes, you can add Jam City Arcade to your home screen by following these steps:
- 1) Open your mobile browser and click on the 3 dots (Settings menu) in the top right corner
- 2) Click on Add to Screen (Chrome); Click on Page then click Add to Home Screen (Firefox)
- 3) A Jam City Arcade icon will be added to your homescreen, just like any other app or game
What can I do if the games are downloading slowly?
If games are downloading slowly, we recommend you do one of the following:
- 1) Connect to a stable WiFi network to ensure optimal download speeds. If WiFi is not an option, please move around until you find a stable mobile network connection.
- 2) Close any apps on your phone not being used
- 3) Restart your phone
My games will not download, what should I do?
There are several reasons why your games may not download.
- 1) Problems with your account could be causing downloading issues. If your membership has expired or your payment did not go through, then you should see several pop-up messages stating there is a problem with your account and what you should do next.
- 2) There could be Internet connectivity issues. Please check that you are connected to the Internet through WiFi or your mobile phone network. Our games require an Internet connection to download.
- 3) The games may be downloading properly but you may not know where to find the downloaded game file. Click here to see our game downloading tutorial to ensure you know exactly where your games are being downloaded and how to install and play them.
One of my games keeps crashing while I am playing it. What should I do?

I see an advertisement in my game. What should I do?
All Jam City Arcade games are 100% ad-free so if you see an advertisement in one of our games, please click here to notify our support team.
My game is not letting me upgrade in-game items and asking me to pay for the upgrade. What should I do?
All games on Jam City Arcade are fully unlocked with free in-app purchases. So if any game prompts you for payment for in-game items, please click here to notify our support team and we will work with the developer of the game to fix the issue.
What can I do if my games are experiencing lag and playing slowly?
If you experience any game lag or slow game play, we recommend you do one of the following: :
- 4) Connect to a stable WiFi network to ensure optimal download speeds. If WiFi is not an option, please move around until you find a stable mobile network connection.
- 5) Close any apps on your phone not being used
- 6) Delete unwanted apps and files from your phone to free up storage space
- 7) Restart your phone
Can I continue to play Jam City Arcade games after my membership expires?
No, you will no longer have access to Jam City Arcade games if your membership expires or is canceled, but as long as you don’t uninstall the games, we will save your achievements and levels for when you rejoin the service. We hope to see you again soon!
I paid for my Jam City Arcade membership through my mobile phone but the portal says I am not a member? What should I do?
First, make sure your membership payment went through. If your payment did not go through for some reason, your Jam City Arcade membership will not be valid. You can contact our payments support by clicking here. If payment was made and you still can’t access our service, please make sure that your phone is connected to the Internet (WiFi or mobile network) when you play a game or access our portal, because we confirm your membership using your Internet connection.
Another potential reason we might not recognize you as a member is if you have signed out of the service. To sign back in, just tap on the menu button on the top left of the homepage, and then tap “SIGN IN | JOIN” and follow the directions starting with entering your mobile phone number.
How can I pay for my Jam City Arcade membership if I don’t want to pay through my mobile phone?
Currently, you can only pay for your Jam City Arcade membership using your mobile phone. However, we will be adding additional payment methods in the near future. Please click here to be notified when new payment methods are available.
Will I be charged for any SMS messages you send me or that I send back?
Jam City Arcade will not charge you for any SMS message, but your mobile phone provider may do so. Please check with your mobile phone provider for your standard SMS rates.
Can I still become a member of Jam City Arcade if I am in a country that is not supported, like the United States?
No, at this time, only subscribers with our mobile carrier partners (listed above) can become members of Jam City Arcade. Please click here to be notified when Jam City Arcade is available in your country.
Do I have a username and password for my account?
No, we identify you by using your mobile phone number. As long as you are the owner or authorized user of the SIM card / phone number used for your account, you’ll be able to download and play Jam City Arcade games.
How do I access my username and password for my account?
Because we use your mobile phone number to uniquely identify you, you don’t have to worry about a username and password. If you ever need to sign in to a new device, just enter the phone number you used when you joined Jam City Arcade and then the PIN number we will text you.
Can I change my language settings to a different language?
No, we automatically detect your language settings for you so there is no need to change them.
How do I cancel my Jam City Arcade membership?
You can cancel your membership at anytime. To cancel your membership, follow these steps:
- 1) Go to the Jam City Arcade portal, click on the menu button on the top left side and follow the instructions to login.
- 2) Once logged in, click on My Account.
- 3) Click the Cancel Membership button and you will be prompted to confirm cancellation.
- 4) Once you confirm cancellation, your membership will no longer be valid but you will still have access to games until your membership period expires.
I canceled my Jam City Arcade membership. Can I get a refund?
No, we do not provide refunds for membership fees. If you cancel during your membership period, you can continue to use Jam City Arcade until the end of the membership period (maximum of 7 days). Once your membership period is over, your membership will be canceled and you will no longer have access to play or download Jam City Arcade games.
